I don't eat many sandwiches, but when I do, I expect them to be extra special. That's where this delicious sandy came to be. I've been obsessed with the Wholly Veggie burger patties since the very first time I tried them and I can't stress enough how delicious they are. They're so flavourful and ended up being the perfect addition to my sandwich.
This vegetarian style club sandwich has everything you could ask for. Fresh spinach, tomatoes, and onion sprouts, two Wholly Veggie Sweet Carrot Curry patties, cheddar, and mayo. The combination of ingredients was just perfect wedged between three pieces of toasted artisan style grain bread. This was most definitely one of the most epic sandwiches I had ever had so I wanted to share it with you all.
Simplicity is often the best approach and this simple yet delicious sandwich has it going on. Head to the RECIPES page or check out my reviews of Wholly Veggie's two patties by visiting the PRODUCTS AND FACTS page :)
A fur farm in Ontario was charged with 14 counts of animal cruelty after a year long investigation exposed neglect, sick animals, and a lack of adequate food / shelter. Canada should be ashamed of itself for continuing to support such an atrocious industry.

I've got some great news for you guys! I mentioned a little while ago that I was in the beginning stages of putting together my very first ebook and I'm excited to announce that I have a concept, recipes picked out, and structure figured out. I'm so excited to be putting this book together and finally putting all of my focus into it. I've always been the kind of person who had a million ideas but never really focused on one idea and I'm super proud that I am finally buckling down and getting this done.
Putting out an ebook is something I've wanted to do for a while now but I was struggling to find the time to get things started between working both jobs and keeping up with the blog. All of that aside, I'm so excited to share with you guys the concept for the book!
HERE'S THE CONCEPT
I want to take care of the "what's for dinner" feeling by providing a months worth of delicious main course meals. All y'all will have to do is whip up a delicious side salad and dinner's done! There will be 31 fabulous vegetarian / vegan meals that you can keep handy when you're feeling like you don't know what to do for dinner. Each meal will feed 4 or more people and almost all of the meals can be frozen to use for future meals.
As I said, I've already picked the recipes and I'm going to go through them and make sure they're written to perfection before I start putting things together in an ebook style. I can't wait to share this with you guys and I'll make sure to keep you posted on the progress. I'm really going to try and have it published and available by the end of July so make sure to stick with me <3
