I love pasta bakes! Simply switching the kind of pasta you use gives you a brand new dish! Fresh ravioli is the pasta star in this dish along with a lush sauce of spinach, ricotta, and tomato. A delicious and crispy topping that cracks when you dig in to it is the perfect finishing touch.
I've not included a tomato sauce recipe here as I've shared thousands in the past. I always suggest making a little extra sauce and freezing for another meal and this is why!
