My version is a 50/50 Brussel Sprout /Broccoli mix which makes for a wonderful marriage of flavours! I've added fresh garlic and cooked the broccoli / sprouts in butter and vegetable stock as opposed to water. The crust is a combination of Italian bread crumbs, Corn Flake Crumbs, fresh parsley, and melted butter. The whole dish turned out great and I think you could even get the kids eating their greens with this dish!
