I drew inspiration from one of my favourite dips for this dish. I love the flavour combination of spinach and artichokes and I also absolutely love how artichoke and red pepper taste together. It is dressed in a creamy sauce and baked until perfect. Everything in this pasta works so well together for an overall delicious dish.
I used Tortiglioni but you can easily replace it with your favourite pasta and achieve the same results. Head on over to the RECIPES tab!
