Well, I was ever so looking forward to these cabbage rolls. It has been so very long since I have had the opportunity to dive into one of them.
One thing about the book and the recipe was that it simply stated I needed 12 Cabbage leaves, it offered no tips or directions on how to remove the leaves. I became quite frustrated and eventually got upset and made a cabbage and rice casserole. It tasted great but I will not be posting it simply as I don't think it was a success.
