A good vinaigrette takes a salad from basic to extraordinary, and making your own vinaigrettes is so super easy. Each vinegar provides a different backdrop for your vinaigrette allowing you to create something unique to the style of vinegar you're using.
This week, I'll share with you guys 3 super simple vinaigrettes using Red Wine Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, and Balsamic. The red wine vinaigrette is earthy and savoury with the addition of rosemary and thyme, while the white wine vinaigrette is tangy, herby, and fresh. Lastly, a little heat is just what my balsamic vinaigrette needs to make it extra special and delicious.
Three vinaigrettes for almost every salad need you might have. Easy to double or triple depending on your needs and making all 3 of these will take less than 10 minutes of your time!
