Beans really are versatile. You can enjoy them so many different ways and cater their flavour to whichever dish or style of food your are preparing.
I called these "Quick" because for this recipe I'm jazzing up a can of Pinto Beans. Tossing in all of these fresh ingredients with the can of pinto beans really brings them up a notch.
