I remember seeing this recipe a long time ago and wanting to try it but never getting around to it.
I decided to change a few things but both recipes are great and you all should try and love them!
Super moist and flavourful, they can be enjoyed simply with a dollop of sour cream and fresh chives
I prepared an Oregano and Spinach Tomato Sauce that also pairs quite well with the cakes. (I'll share the recipe soon, you can substitute for the time being with your own favourite tomato sauce or even use a store bought blend!)
